complex building of national traditional chinese medicine clinical research base of affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional chinese medicine
with the total building area of 50,300m2 and the floor space of 4,470m2, the complex building has 1 floor underground and 14 floors above the ground. it is provided with 13 vertical lifts and 8 escalators. there are 16 outpatient units on the floors 1 to 6, and 14 inpatient wards on floors 6 to 13. a total of 542 beds are provided and 670 sets of equipment are installed. as a modern complex building, this complex building integrates outpatient service, emergency treatment, hospitalization, operation, medical examination, and health care functions, etc. and it has a rational layout and advanced facilities, which completely change the hospital’s diagnosis and treatment environment and conditions. in the future, it will serve as a base and hospital’s clinical research center to provide patients with high-quality humane medical services and constantly meet the multi-level health needs of the people.
