Reflections Art Ceremony Updates

We had the Reflections Art ceremony on Monday, March 19 at MCHS media center.  We celebrated our 12 finalists and our 3 honorable mention students at this event.  We had a huge turnout with PTSA members, parents and teachers.

We had a guest speaker, Maxim Langstaff who spoke to the audience and provided a positive message that “you can fail and its okay” he gave us a musical presentation on Reggie Dwight AKA Elton John that was simply inspiring.

Mr. Matteau ended the night with a few words to each student and the PTSA Reflections Art chairperson, handed out a small gift of appreciation.

Tuesday, March 27 Reflections Art Wake county had its award ceremony at Martin Middle School.  All 3 of our winning entries attended along with MCHS chairperson.  They received awards along with all the other attendees that won on the county level.  Congratulations!

Here is a list of your entries that moved on to Wake county level and honorable mentions.
